Temecula CA Fire Station built but still not open
Found this article about Riverside County Fire/CDF RRU Station 95:
"The Roripaugh Fire Station, which has been completed for about two
years, sits empty in northeastern Temecula.
"No, we didn't have a ribbon cutting," said Bill Hughes, Temecula's
director of public works. "We couldn't get anyone there."
That's because there are no roads connecting the fire station to city
streets. The responsibility to build those connections belongs to the
Roripaugh Ranch developer, whose project has been mired in problems for
more than four years."
